Treatment Details

As a holistic therapist, I believe energy plays a key role in our well-being.  A lot of the techniques I use are from holistic healing practices that have stood the test of time, like the 5 Elements theory from Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Head to....

The Head to Toes Bliss is… exactly that: pure BLISS! It consists of a combination of techniques, including:

  • Acupressure Facial Therapy (shoulders, neck, head and face relaxation procedures including effleurage, kneading, friction, tugging, rocking, holding, stroking) using organic essential oil blends.
  • Hand Reflexology: to relieve tension and promote well-being by giving the hands a firm but gentle treatment (optional).
  • Foot Reflexology: the treatment finishes by working on your feet, both at the same time, to complete the feeling of relaxation from Head to the tip of your toes!
The time allocated to each part of the treatment is agreed upon with you at the start, based on your current needs and preferences.

West End Therapies Treatment Room

The treatment room at West End Therapies is a haven of calm and relaxation. It is designed to encourage you to fully let go of anything you no longer need and enjoy complete relaxation during your treatment.

I have used natural materials as much as possible to encourage good energy flow (wood, wool, cotton, solar lighting…). Organic Reflexology wax and essential oils are used for your treatment.

Acupressure Facial Therapy incorporates Japanese facial massage, acupressure points and uses the ancient Chinese face map to support the whole person. This is a full treatment working on the face, neck and shoulders. It’s also fantastic to support emotional processing for clients with chronic conditions.
